About	Ramiro has been with Sport and Health since 2006, started at the Crystal Gateway location under operations and management. Nationally certified through AFAA as Fitness Development Coach, lifetime swim instructor and open water rescuer. Sport and Fitness immersion started early in high school, attending River Plate stadium and athletic club (BUE, Argentina) were Volleyball, Soccer and Swimming was the main focus and passion. He enjoys combining knowledge of Yoga, Fitness and Nutrition to help individuals increase their capabilities, manage stress, improve performance and overall quality of life. Ramiro is continuously expanding his knowledge through workshops, certifications and self study, to provide the best fitness experience, making sure that the latest information in the fitness industry is available to clients. Currently working on becoming a certified Herbalist. Ramiro enjoys traveling around the Americas, specially the Caribean islands; also like cooking, specializing in grilling and Mediterranean dishes; and outdoor activities such as hiking the Appalachians trails in WV or the Sierras of Argentina's pre-Andes mountains.
